Classes temporarily ceased
Our priority at TDLD is to ensure the health and safety of all our students and their families and to do this we have made the decision to cease all face to face classes in the studio effective 6pm Saturday 21 March 2020. This will also include our Holiday Workshops and private lessons planned for the coming March/April school holidays. Brighton Recreation Centre has also closed from 5.30pm Saturday 21 March, 2020.
The good news is we will still be able to run our classes online. The TDLD team are working hard behind the scenes to finalise and record the content for the last week of Term 1’s classes. We will send out these video classes via email in the coming days.
In these challenging times it is so important to keep our dancers engaged, learning, keeping active, using their bodies and brains by providing them with a physical and expressive outlet.
Term 2 is scheduled to commence on Saturday April 18; which affords us a 4 week break. I will be in touch during the holidays to confirm the recommencement of classes in the studios for Term 2. If that date needs to be deferred due to Government guidelines, we will commence our term with online classes. If necessary, we can extend Term 2 dates out to accommodate any potential later start.
Thank you again to everyone in our TDLD community for their ongoing support and understanding during this very difficult time.
