Fees are due in advance, on a term basis, except for Adult dance and Zumba classes, which are paid on a casual basis. Fees are averaged over the year. The fee schedule is a sliding scale – the more you do the cheaper the hourly rate.
Fee invoices are emailed; Term 1 is payable by 15 January, and in re-enrolment week (last week of preceding term) for Terms 2, 3 & 4. Class places are not guaranteed from term to term unless full payment is made during re-enrolment week. A late payment fee of $10 applies to fees not paid before the due date as stated on the invoice.
Fees are not refundable. Credit notes are issued for classes cancelled by TDLD; credit notes may be issued in special circumstances, if a student withdraws during the term.
A family discount is available for immediate family members (i.e. siblings, & parents/children). This discount is only applicable if fees are paid by the due date.
We accept cheques (made payable to Theatre De La DanSe), cash, eftpos, VISA, Mastercard, and internet bank transfers. All internet payments must have your surname and mobile number as your payment reference.
‘Make up’ Lessons
Students may make up classes missed due to absence through illness or holidays, by arrangement with the office.
