The Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) syllabus Ballet classes are offered for children in Prep and above. The R.A.D. syllabus develops technique, strength, confidence and artistry to the highest level. It is compulsory for students wishing to qualify to enter the R.A.D Ballet Examinations to attend two Ballet classes per week for Term 1, 2, 3 & 4 from Grade 1 Ballet. It is compulsory for all R.A.D. Ballet students to attend two Ballet classes per week from Grade 2 Ballet. Classes are offered in both the Grades Syllabus (Pre-primary to Grade 8 Ballet) and the Vocational Syllabus (Intermediate Foundation to Advanced).

R.A.D. Ballet Extension

This class is designed for students in Grade 5 Ballet and above who would like to further challenge and strengthen their classical ballet technique.


These classes are conducted for dancers age 8 and up who would like to just enjoy their ballet once a week, with no exams.

Ballet for Boys

This program is specifically designed for school age boys who would like to learn Ballet, in a boys only class, with a male teacher.   This program is for beginners or those boys who have a little experience in Ballet.
